He was predeceased by: his wife Leona F Milam; and his parents, Hersey Milam and Idella Mobley. He is survived by: his children, Charles T Milam Jr. (Sharon), Judy A Lester (Timmy) and Brenda K Pack. He is also survived by Seven grandchildren, many great grandchildren and many great great grandchildren.
