He is survived by: his siblings, Joseph Lee Smith (Tonya) of Cabin Creek, Jesse Burgess (Courtney) of Cedar Grove, Lacey Burgess of Cedar Grove and Macey Burgess of Belle; and his sons, Cody, Joseph and Leland.
