He was predeceased by: his parents, Kelly Utt and Alma Hibbs Utt; and his siblings, Tom Utt, Howard Utt, Marvin Utt, Sherrell Utt, Freda Riggs, Maryfay Titus, Aris Wildman and Betty Rice.
He is survived by: his children, David Utt of Pine Grove, Patsy Barr of Pine Grove and Penny Moore of Morgantown; his sister Josephine Highley of Harrisville, WV; and his former wife Judy Utt.
