He was predeceased by: his parents, Hillard Belknap and Ethel Belknap; and his siblings, Denver Belknap, Betty Bly and Mary Duckworth.
He is survived by: his daughter Nicole Belknap of Chapin, SC; and his siblings, Robert Belknap (Doris) of Cuyahoga Falls, OH, Ronald Belknap (Sandra) of Sutton, Waveline Young of Clearwater, FL and Paulette Hodges (Tom). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
