He was predeceased by: his wife Minnie Hilderbrand McNemar of Van, WV; his brother John McNemar; his children, Robert, Loretta, Peter McNemar, Toni and Jeremy McNemar; and his parents, Oras Ray, Sr. and Mary Reynolds McNemar.
He is survived by: his son Oras Ray McNemar, III (Trixie) of Clarksburg, WV; his grandchildren, Leslie Strange (Clifton) and Jordan McNemar; his son Charles McNemar (Linda) of Ayer, MA; his grandchildren, Andrew, Allison and Erin McNemar; his son Bruce McNemar (Dawna) of Brandenburg, KY; his grandchildren, Peter, Damian McNemar and Kynarose McManaway; his daughter Marilouise McNemar-Dean of Burnsville, WV; his grandchildren, Brian McNemar (Zachary), Johnathan McNemar, Sarah Dean and Benjamin Dean; his daughter Sharon Jones (Rodney) of Dusk Camp, WV; his granddaughter Sophia Rexrode (Travis); his son James McNemar of Burnsville, WV; his sister Helen Cole of Clarksburg, WV; and his great grandchildren, David McNemar, Harold McNemar, Naomi Browning, Zander Rexrode, Zane Rexrode and Kyson McManaway.
