We are sad to announce that on January 1, 2019, Joanne Bell (Burnsville, West Virginia), born in Toronto, Ontario passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her brothers, Terry and Norman; her parents, Jack and Carol; her husband Ronald Collinson Bell of Burnsville, WV; her children, Katherine "Kat" Ramsey (Patrick) and Thomas Alexander Bell (Jessica); her brother William "Bill"; and her grandchildren, Abigail Bell, Zach Davis, Emily Davis, Camden Harper and Andrew Bell.
