It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Goodrich Dean of Burnsville, West Virginia, born in Gassaway, West Virginia, who passed away on May 4, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, George Dudley Goodrich and Edna Marple Goodrich; her sons, Colin Dean (April) of Burnsville, Christopher Dean of Burnsville and Craig Dean (Nobie) of Burnsville; and her grandchildren, Jessica Dean, Brandon Dean (Julia), Dalton Dean, Justin Goff (Sam) and Shealyn Holley (Matt Fincham).

“I am late posting this as I just saw it on here, although we did learn of her unfortunate passing when it occurred. We were fortunate to have lived in the same neighborhood as Carol, and her Mother Edna for approximately 10 years total. Carol was always so sweet to us all, as was her Mother; Edna. Craig, Colin, And Chris, as Well as all of her Grandchildren, aFamily Know that You are in our Hearts and Prayers. Such Wonderful Young Men Your Sons Are Carol...I'm Sure You Were So Proud. Such A Loving Caring Lady You Were, and We'll Miss You Carol. The pleasure is ours to have known You.”
