With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Victoria Lynn Roy (Burlington, West Virginia), born in Petersburg, West Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 4, 2024 at the age of 57. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Frederick Dolly and Mary Louise Dolly (Twigg). She is survived by: her husband Wayne Allen Roy; her children, Jessica Roy, Justin Roy, Tracy, Joni Roy and Danny; her grandchildren, Jakadi Day, Jaclyn Day, Derick Roy, Joseph Roy, Alexis "Broadway" Roy, Maycee "Stinky" Pratt and Camron Pratt; and her siblings, Ronnie Dolly of Burlington, WV, Mary Ann Green (Alex), Norma Kay Goin (Michael "Goose") of Fort Ashby, WV, Anita Whetzel (Kenneth) of Burlington and Shelia Litten (Chris) of Burlington. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
