She was predeceased by: her parents, James B. Riggleman and Amanda Jane Riggleman (Moyers); her husband Vance Dean Davy; her daughter Sharon L. Staggs; her grandsons, Cory Wayne Staggs and Harold V. "Boo" Liller; and her siblings, Charles, Luther, Glenn Riggleman, Bertha Kuykendall and Ann Bosley.
She is survived by: her children, Donna S. Winebrenner (Joe) of Keyser, WV, Janie C. Mongold (Larry) of Keyser, Tammy J. Stickley (Dave) of Keyser, Ronald Dean Davy (Nancy) of Purgitsville, WV and Randall V. "John" Davy (Vera) of Burlington; her son-in-law Wayne Staggs of Keyser; and her brothers, Raymond Riggleman of New Creek, WV, Earl Riggleman of Frostburg, MD and Carl Riggleman of Maysville, WV. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
