She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ivy Shoemaker and Barr; her brother Rick Shoemaker; her father-in-law James T. Curran; her granddaughter Breana; her husband James T. Curran, Jr.; her children, Jodie Secrist (Garrett), Tonya Zuniga, James R. Curran and Danny Bartges (Honey); her grandchildren, Brady Secrist, Trenton, Carter Zuniga, Whitley Wright and Joseph Hevener; and her siblings, Cheryl Rotruck (Don), Dan Shoemaker (Diana), Bonnie Bontrager, Shane Shoemaker (Peggy) and Montie Shoemaker. She was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews.
The family requests that memorial contributions be directed to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38205.
