It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Samuel E. Biser of Burlington, West Virginia, who passed away on December 17, 2020, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrest O. Biser and Thelma Biser Shaw (Berry); his stepfather Rex Shaw; his brother Rev. C. Waco Biser; and his siblings-in-law, Jean Biser and Ronnie Lamp.
He is survived by: his wife Grace E. Neptune; his children, David L. Biser (Karen) of Cumberland, Daniel Biser (Georgie) of Keyser, Mary Beth McCloud (William) of Keyser and Rachel Kisamore of Burlington; his siblings, Forrest O. Biser, Jr. of Augusta, WV, James Biser (Judy) of Westernport, Michael Biser (Peggy) of Accident, MD, Ruth Rodeheaver (Richard) of Lorain, OH and Fran Lamp of Wellington, OH; his sister-in-law Reva Biser of Rawlings, MD.; and also Rev. Clark Neptune. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, three great-grandchildren.
