With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ralph E. Webb (Burlington, West Virginia), who passed away on March 14, 2019 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward C. Webb and Lillie Mae Webb (Whipp); his sister Justina Williams (Phil); and his son-in-law James "Buster" Clark. He is survived by: his children, Beckie Hott of Burlington, Connie Clark of Romney, Jeanetta Kesner (Terry) of Burlington, Eddie Webb (Carol) of Burlington and Lynnie Spencer (Kent) of Keyser; and his nephew Arthur Williams (Rachel) of Florida.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be directed to the Burlington Volunteer Fire Department.
