She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin Kermit Borror, Sr. and Olive Wilda Borror (Leatherman); her husband James C. Parker; her daughter Jami Sue Parker; and her siblings, Marvin K. "Sonny" Borror, Jr. and Lois Shipley (Marshall).

She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Elizabeth "Beth" Stahli (Sam) of Falling Waters, WV, William Borror (Laura) of New Jersey, Linda Salem (Ted) of Ashton, WV, Holly Shipley of Durham, NC, Chris Parker (Jennifer) of Inwood, WV, Mary Jo Ward (Michael) of Fredericksburg, VA and Tim Parker of Morgantown; and her siblings-in-law, Kenneth Parker (Nancy) of Westminster, MD and Georgia Borror (Shirley) of Ambler, PA..
