He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Bise and Velma Bise (Brown). He is survived by: his wife Marcia Bise; his children, Nancy Jane Voit (Rickie), Lori Whitacre (Shaun), Daniel Bise and Christie Hartlove (Barry); his stepson Sam Clark (Lisa); and his pet Carmelo. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Markwood Funeral Home (111 S Mineral St, Keyser, WV 26726). A funeral service was held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
