He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Forrest D. Parker and Dorothy Sue Parker (Parker); his daughter Jami Sue Parker; his brother Roger P. Parker; his brothers-in-law, Marvin "Sonny" Borror and Marshall Shipley; his wife Mary Kay Parker (Borror); his brother Kenneth Parker (Nancy) of Westminster, MD; and his sisters-in-law, JoAnn Parker (Freeland) of Martinsburg, WV, Georgia Borror of Chambersburg, PA and Lois Shipley of Ashton, VA.. He was also cherished by seven nieces and nephews; several grandnieces and nephews and great-grandnieces and nephews.
