He is survived by: his wife Linda L. Foster (Spitzer); his children, Troy Foster of Burlington, Billy Foster (Daina) of Keyser and Wendi Crawford (John) of Keyser; his grandchildren, Hayley Craig (Thomas), Kyley Foster, Chasiti Travelpiece (Michael) and Dillion Crawford (Shi Elliott); his great grandchildren, Harper Foster Weimer, Parker Coble, Porter Travelpiece and Helena Crawford; and his siblings, Bertha Foote (John) of Keyser, Mary Sue Arnold (Carl) of McCoole, MD, Charlotte Gardner (Danny) of Keyser and Douglas Foster of Keyser. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
