He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Emmanuel and Hazel Rachel Moore (DeCost); and his siblings, Donald Moore and Lorretta Kisner. He is survived by: his children, Gary L. Moore (James P. Glass), Sonya L. Moore (Chris), Jody L. Bowser (Eric), Jessica A. Fazenbaker (Todd), Chasity D. DeBerry (Meredith) and Christina E. Tichinel (Rusty); his former wife Ella M. Ford (Gary); and his siblings, Samuel, Barbara, Trudy and Catherine. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; four great grandchildren.
