He was predeceased by: his grandfather Donald L. Rutter, Sr.; and his great-grandparents, Edgell and Ruby Vannoy. He is survived by: his children, Sidney Lee Rutter of McCoole, MD and Eliza May Rutter of Burlington; his siblings, Jorden Rutter of Burlington, Justin Gray of Burlington, Brooke of Elkins and Paige Rutter of Elkins; his grandparents, Delores Bennett of Mount Storm, WV, Robert Lewis Wilson of Coalton, WV and Carol Rutter of Elkins; his aunts and uncles, Barbara Mishow (Dan) of Keyser, Nathana Sharp of Mount Storm, Danny Rutter of Elkins and Matt Rutter of Elkins; and his nieces and nephews, Gabriel, Airella Rutter and Katiana Gray.
The family requests that memorial contributions be directed to the Smith Funeral Home, 2266 Northwestern Turnpike Burlington, WV 26710 to assist in defraying funeral expenses.
