David R. Shoemaker Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David R. Shoemaker of Burlington, West Virginia, who passed away on June 4, 2022 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Berlin Holland and Pearl Mae Shoemaker (Everett); his wife Shirley Ann Shoemaker (Hartman); his son-in-law William Roger Haupt; and his brothers, Paul and Lyle Shoemaker.
He is survived by: his daughters, Peggy Miller of Wardensville, Rebecca Clark of Wardensville and Angela Haupt of Slanesville, WV; his grandson Anthony Clark; and his siblings, Joe Gordon Shoemaker of Arkansas, Theodore L. Shoemaker, I of North Carolina and Connie Nelson of Stephenson, VA. He is also survived by 22 great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
