She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Edward and Frances Lillian Webb (Liller); and her husband James "Buster" Clark. She is survived by: her close friend Greg Pyles; her siblings, Becky Hott of Burlington, WV, Jeanetta Kesner (Terry) of Burlington, WV, Lynnie Spencer (Kent) of Keyser and Eddie Webb (Carol) of Burlington; and her close friend Gail Sherman (Bill) of Romney. She is also survived by seven nieces and nephews and 11 grand nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Smith Funeral Home (2266 Northwestern Turnpike, Burlington, WV 26710). A funeral service was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
