He was predeceased by: his parents, James Dolly and Mabel Dolly; his wife Mary L. Dolly; his son Cleates L. Dolly, Jr.; and his brother LeeRoy Dolly.
He is survived by: his children, Sharon Jordan of Elk Garden, WV, Edward Dolly (Michelle) of Petersburg, WV and Elizabeth Miller of Burlington; his stepchildren, Alicia Stemple of Spring Valley, IL, Shawn Stemple (Erika) of Manville, IL, Sinde Phillips of Friendly, WV and Elizabeth Parker (Dwight) of Paw Paw, WV; and his siblings, Roll Dolly (Judy) of Antioch, WV, Roger Dolly (Mary) of Burlington, Haise Dolly of Keyser, WV, Robert Dolly (Nicole) of Harman, WV, Kenny Dolly of Ohio, Donald Dolly (Cindy) of Burlington, Roxie Dolly of Burlington, Carol Burns (Bruce) of Burlington, Jean Ketterman (Steve) of Junction, WV and Martha Black (Charles) of Burlington. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
