He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Samuel Francis Butcher and Mildred Ruth Hamrick Butcher; and his sister Cynthia Butcher. He is survived by: his wife Carla Yvette Butcher; his daughter Megan Butcher (Timothy Burdock); his grandchildren, Jacob, Gabe, Eli and Hailey Burdock; his stepson Coby Hirsch; and his siblings, Harry Lee Somers, Christine Somers, Rosemary Munsey and Toni DiStefano.
