He is survived by: his wife Joan Dieterich; his son Glen Andrew Dieterich; his grandchildren, Jessica Keyton, Monica Foard and Corey Dieterich; his great grandchildren, Hailey Keyton, Lilly Foard, Liza Foard and Laura-Liegh Foard; and his sisters, Gaylene Tucker, Joy Dieterich and Andrea Jo Dieterich.
