She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Hugh Collins and Madelyn M. Gibson. She is survived by: her children, John Thomas DeRito II, Michael Dwayne DeRito (Lynn) and Shellie Renee Bunn; her grandchildren, Daniel DeRito, Sariah Dillow (Ronnie), Ashley Rohrer (Kevin), Bradley DeRito, Devon Adamchuk, Dillon, Gavin (Grayson Bunn) and David John DeRito; and her siblings, Edward Collins (Kathy) and Connie Joseph (Adle). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
