He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kerns and Virginia Renner Kerns; his wife Sharon E. Gladden; his son Christopher S. Kerns; and his siblings, Carol A. Ricketts, Clifton L. and William M. Kerns.
He is survived by: his children, Donna M. Noe, Laura A. Allen (Douglas) and William D. Radcliff; his grandchildren, Rachel, Brian, Dougie, Chance and Dakota; and his siblings, Clara Lucille Baker, Douglas L., Donald R, Nathan W. and Bobby E. Kerns. He is also survived by great grandchildren.
