It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Richard Dean Fenton of Bunker Hill, West Virginia, born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on December 26, 2021, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Richard Noel Fenton and Judith Ann Cole Fenton; his wife Lisa Willingham Fenton; his children, James Fenton, Nicole Fenton and Brittany Outen; and his brothers, Robert Fenton and Carl Fenton. He was also cherished by five grandchildren.
