She is survived by: her children, Michael L. Collis (Sandra M.) of Bunker Hill and Robin L. Reynolds (John R.) of Inwood; her grandchildren, Shaun, Lauren, Kristen and Dylan; her great grandchildren, Maziar, Layla, Wyatt and Cadence; and her siblings, Donnie L. Cain of Inwood, Dale Fogleman of Deland, FL and Bonnie G. Shade of Inwood.
