We are sad to announce that on April 9, 2021, at the age of 94, Pearl Shiley of Bunker Hill, West Virginia, born in Winchester, Virginia passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Pearl Shiley to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Theodore Carper and Laura Carper (Swartz) of Virginia; her husband Franklin D. Shiley; and her siblings, Roy B., Russell T., Ernest W., Holmes E., Robert Carper, Helen E. and Frances V. Shade.
She is survived by: her close friend John Goller.
Visitors will be required to wear face masks, practice social distancing and follow directives.
