She was predeceased by: her husband Roger Cassell; her son Daniel R Coates; and her parents, Tevis Wageley and Mabel Wageley. She is survived by: her son Marvin K. Coates; her grandchildren, Kysha Whitacre, Sara Lewis and Blaine Coates; and her great grandchildren, Cheyenne Lewis, Kayleigh Cooper and Abel Cooper.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the South Berkeley Chapel of Brown Funeral Homes (287 Arden Nollville Rd, Inwood, WV 25428). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
Patricia's final wishes were to donate her body to the WVU Human Gift Registry.
