He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lewis Kenney and Norma Lee Kenney (Smallwood); his wife Jo Anne Kenney (Hoffman); his sons, Lance (Tessie) and Michael Kenney (Rachel); his siblings, Allen, Dale Kenney (Silky) and Ginnie Runion (John); his grandchildren, Merrick, Gracie, Marcus, Lewis and Ruthie; his godsons, Devin Canby, Austin McKinney, Cole, Cal Kleppner, Zach Lowe and River Norton; and his adoptive daughters, Jen Lowe and Amy Norton.
