He was predeceased by: his father Junior Arbine Russell; and his brothers, John David Russell and Philip Michael Russell. He is survived by: his mother Marlene Elizabeth Russell of Hagerstown, MD; his aunt Carole; his uncle Freddie Billmeyer; his sister-in-law Sharon Russell; his cousins, Edwin Russell, III, Rebecca Huffer, Michael F. Billmeyer, James R. Canby, III and Todd A. Canby; and his close friends, Conrad Burke and Cami. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
