He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Roy Sheets, Sr. and Mabel Elizabeth Godlove Sheets; and his granddaughter Brooklyn Marie Kerns. He is survived by: his wife Claudia Jean Aikens Sheets; his children, Daniel Sheets (Erica), Tara Aikens (Jeff), Heather Edgecomb, Suzanne Truax (Zachary) and Dessirrae Knighten; and his sister Brenda Allanson. He is also survived by eighteen grandchildren; two great grandchildren.
