He was predeceased by: his wife Wanda Harbin; and his parents, Merle Edward and Dorothy Ellen Lynch. He is survived by: his sister Donna Wyvill (William) of Upper Marlboro, Maryland; and his sisters-in-law, Carole Harbin of Bunker Hill and Pat Davis (Michael) of Fredericksburg. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends and relatives.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital, Make-a-Wish Foundation or the Wounded Warrior Project.
