He is survived by: his children, Gary Putman, Jr. and Sophia Putman; his grandsons, Allen, Steven Putman, Joseph and Alex Swain; his great grandchildren, Joseph and Logan Swain; and his brothers, Roger Putman, Donald Edmunds, William Edmunds and Dwayne Edmunds.
