It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eugene Ruleman of Bunker Hill, West Virginia, who passed away on March 24, 2021, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Ruleman and Stella Rexrode; and his daughter Karen Heitmeyer. He is survived by: his wife Doris Ruleman; and his children, Donna Lee Prezzi (Nick), Chris Ruleman (Diana) and William Ruleman. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren.
Visitors are required to wear face masks, practice social distancing, and follow directives.
