Debra Heflin Obituary

We are sad to announce that on September 6, 2021, at the age of 67, Debra Heflin of Bunker Hill, West Virginia, born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert A. Riggleman, Jr. and Juanita Weaver Riggleman; and her brothers, Robert Riggleman, III and Richard Riggleman. She is survived by: her husband Ernest Heflin; her children, Leonard Eugene Heflin, Christopher Michael Heflin, Jeffery Scott Heflin and Kimberly Dawn Heflin; and her siblings, Harold, Floyd Riggleman, Nancy Cook, Penny Messick, Lois Feltner, Hazel Dove and Grace Thompson. She is also survived by seven grandchildren.
