He is survived by: his parent Elizabeth Cooper; his wife Carol Smoot Cooper; his children, Bradley Cooper (Stefanie) of Charles Town and Marsha Brown (Dustin) of Martinsburg; his grandchildren, Sofie Cooper, Braelyn Brown, Greenley Cooper, Maci Brown, Braxton Cooper and Duncan Brown; his sister Donna Simpson of Stephen City, VA; his sister-in-law Ivy Cooper of Bunker Hill; his niece April "Shelly" Smoot; and his brother-in-law William "Billy" Smoot. He is also survived by several brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces.
