He was predeceased by: his parents, Hilda Mason and Eugene H. Cooper; and his brothers, Larry and Frank Cooper. He is survived by: his close friend Clara B. Riggleman of Bunker Hill; his former wife Barbara Cooper; his children, Wesley E. Cooper of Winchester, Bobby of West Virginia, Eric Riggleman of West Virginia and Amanda Carter of West Virginia; his grandchildren, Bradley Cooper of Winchester, Chasity of West Virginia, Tyler of West Virginia, Logan of West Virginia, Austin of West Virginia and Alexis Riggleman of West Virginia; his sister Bonnie; and his siblings-in-law, Daniel Luttrel of Richmond, VA and Mary Cooper of Winchester, VA. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and great-grandchildren.
