She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Cleveland Bishop and Christine May Sugars Bishop; and her husband Raymond Lewis. She is survived by: her children, Raymond "Beaner" Lewis (Rebecca) of Bunker Hill, Shawna M. Lewis of Bunker Hill and Crystal Carroll of Bunker Hill; and her siblings, Phil Bishop, Buddy Bishop, Gail Harris and Debbie Long. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; one great grandchild.
Visitors will be required to wear face masks, practice social distancing, and follow directives.
