It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Burke of Bunker Hill, West Virginia, born in Cumberland, Maryland, who passed away on September 20, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Maurice Royer and Flora Mae Emswilere Royer. She is survived by: her husband Gary Burke; her children, Robert Park, Jr. (Mildred) of Shepherdstown, Daniel Park (Jennifer) of Kearneysville, David "Marty" Park (Sherri) of Kearneysville and Catharine Johnson (Eric) of Kearneysville; her stepchildren, Garry Burke, Jr. (Sharon) of Hedgesville and Ginger Ruback (Scott) of Boca Raton, FL; her grandchildren, Daniel "DJ" Park, Matthew Park, Ethan Johnson, Elizabeth Barron (Devon), Amelia Park, Brandyce Lyons (John), Kimberly Park, Kaysie Staubs (Matthew), Samantha Park, Rachel Johnson and Lily Johnson; her stepgrandchildren, Jennifer Unger, Jeremy Unger, Kyle Ruback, Emilee Burke and Sarah Burke; and her siblings, Janet, Jean, Barbara, Edith and Harry. She is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
