He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Alfred Brown and Margaret Elizabeth Rinker; and his wife Gail Rae Pitzer Brown. He is survived by: his daughters, Sandra Hill (David), Denise Orndorff (Carl), Carla Crawford and LaDonna Hoffman (Rodney); his grandchildren, Zachary Hill, Mallory Hill, Elizabeth Dillow, Brandon Dillow, Rebecca Foster, Abigail Orndorff, Madison Orndoff and Oakley Hoffman; his great grandchildren, Hannah Orndorff, Rachel Foster, Maci Shiflett and Avery Eades; and his siblings, Frank Rinker and Mary Galioto.
