It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Betty Ann Hutsler of Bunker Hill, West Virginia, born in Martinsburg, West Virginia, who passed away on September 28, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy William and Norma Eldora Mumaw Teets; and her husband Hugh Samuel Hutsler (Sam). She is survived by: her sister Mary Ann McCauley (Walter); her brother-in-law Carrol Hutsler (Faye); her niece Wendy Musselman (Ronald); and her great-niece Shea McCauley.
