He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Lemon and Ramona Moxley Lemon; his grandparents, Bryan and Eula Moxley; his daughter Rachael; and his sister Cynthia Lemon.

He is survived by: his sister Melissa Anthony (Gregg) of Buffalo; his nephews, Jeremy Anthony of Sana Cruz, CA and Noah Anthony of Cleveland; and his brother Terry Garrison.
