He was predeceased by: his parents, Mason C. Hopkins, Sr. and Suzanne Hopkins; and his grandsons, Corey Alexander and Brian Hopkins. He is survived by: his children, Michael Hopkins (Brenda) of Hurricane, Cheryl Lively (Wayne) of Hurricane and Lisa Young (Mike) of Winston-Salem; his grandchildren, Robert Cobb, Jr. (Lindsey) of Red House, Chastity Fryer (Matt) of Ashland and Joshua Cobb (Jondanae) of Ashland, Kentucky; and his siblings, John Hopkins (Beverly) of Red House and Jeannie Alford (Buzz) of Georgia. He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
