Tolley of Buffalo, West Virginia, born in Robertsburg, West Virginia, who passed away on October 1, 2020, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Dencil Higginbotham and Sallie Mae Legg Higginbotham; her sister Nellie Francis Higginbotham; her stepmother Edith Higginbotham; her parents-in-law, Melva and Ova Tolley; and her siblings-in-law, John W. Tolley and Carolyn S. Tolley Bird.
She is survived by: her husband Larry Joe Tolley; her children, Lisa Booth (John) of Buffalo and Jeffrey L. Tolley of Buffalo; her grandsons, Tyler Booth (Nicole) of Buffalo, Justin Booth (Hannah) of Morgantown and Stephen Booth (Megan) of Morgantown; her brother John Blankenship of Galliapolis; her sisters-in-law, Mary Jane Marks (Tom) of Cross Lanes and Libby Tolley of Shrewsberry; her close friend Connie Sayre Warner of Leon; and her pet Abigail. She is also survived by Several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic a graveside service will be held 1:00 P. M. on Saturday October 3, 2020 at Buffalo Memorial Park, Buffalo with Pastor Jeff Arthur officiating.
