He was predeceased by: his parents, Hallett B. Hill and Cora E. Nease Hill; and his brother-in-law Kenny Tucker. He is survived by: his siblings, Susie Tucker of Buffalo and Hallett Hill Jr. of Teays Valley; and his nephews, Kenneth L. "K. L." Tucker (Debbie) of Winfield, Thomas E. Tucker of Buffalo, Timothy E. Tucker (Lisa) of Buffalo and Todd H. Tucker of Buffalo. He is also survived by many friends and extended family.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations be made to the Buffalo United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 744, Buffalo, WV 25033.
