He is survived by: his wife Evlyn Maxine Cornell Fultz; his daughters, Sharon "Sherry" Capehart (Ron) of Huntington and Toni King (Rick) of Buffalo; his siblings, Mabel Asbury (Ronald) of Rock Branch and James "Jim" Fultz (Zeda) of Black Betsy; his grandchildren, Aaron Steven King (Christina Brianne Cochran), Miranda Lynn Capehart Vallance (Dylan) and Amanda Rashaun King; and his great grandchildren, Lincoln Matthew Hughes and Kaleb Bentley King.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations in Frank's name to Hubbard Hospice House at 1001 Curtis Price Way, Charleston WV 25311.
