He was predeceased by: his parents, Leach Raynes and Margaret Raynes; his wife Phyllis M. Raynes; his daughter Jeanette Capocefalo; and his brothers, Bill, Johnny, Arthur, Bob, Carl, Jim and Clyde "Talley" Raynes.
He is survived by: his children, Mike Raynes (Connie) of Buffalo, Wayne Raynes of Buffalo and Lynn West of Fairview Park, OH; his granddaughters, Traci Ryan (Shaun) of Red House, Jennifer Sullivan (Anthony) of Jack, AL and Kirsten West (Brian) of Cleveland, OH; his great grandchildren, Aubree Ryan, Brody Ryan, Coleston Sullivan and Tucker Sullivan; and his son-in-law John Capocefalo of Winfield.
