Mitchell; his daughters, Tonya Mitchell of Eleanor, Lisa Mitchell of Buffalo and Michelle Garrison of Eleanor; his grandchildren, Gilbert Mitchell, Jacob Garrison, Zachary Garrison, Kristyn Lett and Kasey Webb; his great grandchildren, Ryan and Caleb; and his sister Sue Tucker of Buffalo. He is also survived by extended family and many friends.
