He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Mitchell; his children, Tim Mitchell of Cross Lanes, Randy Mitchell of Buffalo, Jeffrey Scott Mitchell of Robertsburg, Dennis Mitchell Jr. of Milton and Truda Torres of Buffalo; and his siblings, Ray Mitchell, Dickie Mitchell of Buffalo and Sue Tucker of Buffalo. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
